(said Christopher Robin to Winnie the Pooh)
Everyone has that one friend. The one friend that you can go to no matter what kind of question, no matter what kind of concern, no matter who you're mad about or even what you hate about yourself. That one friend is the one who answers ever sporadic question I have. She handles all my concerns so delicately as to not hurt my feelings but to get her point across. My friend agrees with me every time I tell her I'm angry with someone, not because I'm always right but because when someone ticks me off.. they tick her off too. And my dearest friend ALWAYS makes me feel better about myself no matter what I've said or done.
Alizon, she is my dearest friend. She went to school with my husband and we have never personally met.. in fact I can't even remember how we came to meet 5 years ago. I know it was through my husband, but that's it. She is practically on my speed dial. She assures me that I'm a good mother. She assures me that everything will be ok. Through thick and thin she has been there for me the past five years. I could never thank her enough for everything she has done for me. There are not enough words in this world that could even touch the gratitude I have for her. Not only is she my friend but she is my sister.
Think about that one special friend you have... think long and hard. Is that the friend who will come and pick you up on the side of the road in the middle of the night when it's 20 miles away? Is it the kind of friend who holds on to her baby boy clothes and send them to you because you don't have any? Is your friend the kind of friend that you can call anytime of day and night for any reason? Thank the Good Lord for your friend, and tell them just how much you love them!
well seeing as i blog while I'm at work.. this is enough until tomorrow.
